BEAVER DAM PEPPER is a spicy pepper, named after Beaver Dam, Wis., where it was introduced around 1913 by Hungarian immigrants. To celebrate its heritage, we hand-pack them in a low salt, low vinegar brine with an old world spice profile. Bay leaves, black pepper and coriander accentuate the pepper's unique flavor. The Beaver Dam Pepper is featured on the Slow Food Ark of Taste as a valuable variety on the brink of extinction.
Suggested as an accompaniment to a charcuterie plate, as a side to slow cooked beans and pulled pork or as the secret ingredient in a Bloody Mary.

LEMON CUCUMBER
The Lemon Cucumbers' gorgeous color and unique shape resembles a lemon, hence their name. We are accentuating their fresh taste by hand-packing them in a low salt and vinegar brine with just a hint of lemongrass and cayenne to tickle your taste buds.
Suggested as an accompaniment to a cheese or charcuterie plate or as a snack right out of the jar!

BREAD & BUTTER
To make a true representation of the classic bread & butter pickle - just a slight sweet note - we added some crystallized ginger to give the cukes a little zing and to balance the onions. It makes these slices of Bread & Butter pickles a great addition to any sandwich or burger.

Our Heirloom Pickles Red Beets are an homage to the Eastern European traditions of the Midwest. We are pickling this hardy and delicious root crop with a touch of thyme to accentuate the earthy flavors of the beets.
